Aveventure Program

Avenues to Independence provides a variety of flexible day programming options located in the northwest suburbs and Chicago. These include contract packaging jobs, community employment, workforce training, computer training, art programming, and entrepreneurial opportunities.

AveVenture

AveVenture Employment Training program offers opportunities for workforce training to 12 adults with disabilities. The program includes training in customer service best practices, computer skills, cashiering, and general retail skills.

The Thrift Shoppe that houses the program also provides an important revenue stream for Avenues’ many successful programs.

AveVenture also provides clients the chance to be entrepreneurs by creating and selling their own products such as jewelry and artwork.
