The following discretionary benefits are provided to employees who have completed 90 days of employment. Depending upon the benefit, most require the employee to work a regularly scheduled minimum of 32 hours per week.

Not all employees will be eligible to receive these benefits. If in doubt, please verify your status with your immediate supervisor.

Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program

Employees of Avenues to Independence may be eligible to participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness(PSLF) program.

As a 501C3 charitable organization, employment at Avenues meets the requirements for PSLF participation.
