The Avenues to Independence Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Stephen Kray has been named as the next President & Chief Executive Officer of Avenues to Independence, effective Sept. 1, 2023. Stephen has over 16 years of experience in the human services field, 13 of those working with individuals with developmental disabilities. He has a willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job done, a thirst to learn more, and a sincere love for Avenues, our clients and our staff.

Shawna has 30 years of experience in serving non-profit organizations. Her fundraising experience includes special events, grants, major gifts and corporate giving.
