Our dedicated staff is vital in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and empowering colleagues and program participants to reach their highest potential. 

Strong leadership is the cornerstone of a thriving organization, and over the past two years, we have embraced change to build an even stronger foundation. By welcoming talented new leaders and creating key roles that enhance our capabilities, we are positioning Avenues for a future filled with greater independence and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. This commitment to progress allows us to continue “Rising to the Challenge” and continue delivering the highest level of support for the people we serve.

  • Liz Kloster initially came on board as a consultant for the accounting team and now serves as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening our financial foundation.
  • Amy Landreth has been a valued member of Avenues for 13 years, starting as a Case Manager and now serving as Director of Admissions and Program Support, ensuring seamless access to our programs.
  • Melissa Gray, as Accounting Manager, has been instrumental in streamlining and organizing the Accounting department for long-term success.
  • Bob McNamara joined Avenues in March 2024 as Vice President of Development, bringing fresh perspectives.
  • Mary Francis, a dedicated team member for 10 years who has always demonstrated leadership and commitment, has grown from a Direct Service Professional to now serving as our Residential Director.

As we continue to adapt, innovate, and grow, we remain focused on what matters most—creating a future where individuals with disabilities have the independence and opportunities they deserve.
