Golf, Tennins and Paddle Classic

Avenues to Independence and Harp and Fiddle of Park Ridge kicked of Mardi Gras with a Fat Tuesday feast.  Avenues supporters and guests enjoyed a four course New Orleans inspired meal.  The dinner included Cajun shrimp corn chowder, crab cake with red cabbage and baja sauce, shrimp and andouille sausage Etouffee over cornbread and for dessert bread pudding with walnuts and praline whiskey sauce. 

Thank you to local celebrity chef Pat Brown and Harp and Fiddle owners Declan Stapleton and Ed Berry for hosting such a fun and festive event.
