Thank you to local celebrity chef Pat Brown and Harp and Fiddle of Park Ridge owners Declan Stapleton and Ed Berry for hosting a Fat Tuesday event to kick off Mardi Gras.  More than 110 diners and Avenues supporters enjoyed a four course New Orleans inspired feast.  The meal started out with Cajun Seafood Chowder followed by New Orleans Crab Cakes and Louisiana Etouffee over Cornbread, and finished with beignets with Pecans.

More than $1700 was raised and will be donated to Avenues. Special thanks to Declan Stapleton, Ed Berry, and Pat Brown for their generosity and for making the night so much fun.
