More than 350 guests and volunteers, including 60 Avenues clients, were treated to a celebration in grand Irish style at the Cotillion Banquets in Palatine on March 13th.

Whether nine or ninety, it was a non-stop party guests of all ages enjoyed, thanks to Irish Fest co-chairs Bob Healy and Peg O’Herron, Mike and Mary Prindiville, Peter and Jeanne Doheny, and Pat Grimes.

Special thanks to the wonderful, crowd pleasing entertainers - Joyce Boys, harpist Marysue Redmann, flutist Barbara Holland, and the Irish Heritage Singers - for donating their musical talents once again this year, as well as the very popular Weber Dance Company of Chicago.

Thanks to the generous donors and sponsors, Avenues had the luck o' the Irish with wonderful gifts and prizes (many Irish themed) featured in the Pot of Gold Raffle and the Shamrock Silent Auction.

Avenues' own clients featured many of their artistic and craft items they made for sale in the Grafton Street Market, including ornaments, cards, gift bags, and coasters to name a few.

Mark your calendar now for Sunday March 12, 2017 to join us at the 20th annual Irish Fest!
